Steps for the return 

Send an email to contact@manusilujewelry.com commenting on what happened with the piece and put the order number. . specify the reason why you want to return the part.

 

Exchanges

The change will be made for the same product, if it is a unique product, you will have the option to choose another piece of the same value.

Different size

 To make the return, all the pieces must be included, including the one that was broken, either to fix it or in the case of making a new piece. . In case of return you will be responsible for the cost of shipping, the time it may take for your exchange product may vary.

Repairs
